32 cavities pet preform mould

32-cavity PET preform mold, suitable for preforms with 29/25 and 30/25 necks, common weight is 10g to 20g. Both necks are 30mm, only for making water bottles. Needle valve hot runner system is recommended for preform mold, with shut-off nozzle controlled by pneumatic valve. Multi-stage double taper positioning technology is adopted, each cavity has a separate independent mold clamping device, and a multi-stage taper positioning system is adopted to ensure mold concentricity (eccentricity within 0.05-0.06mm). The steel is stainless steel, the core and cavity can be selected from S136, 636, 632, ASSAB S136, and the mold frame is P20 or 4Crl3, depending on customer needs. The size of the 32-cavity mold is about 800x550x540mm, suitable for 250-ton PET preform injection molding machine. For example, the injection speed of 30mm 129 PET preform mold can reach 10 seconds per injection.
